The one item on our everyday menu that is gluten-free is our caramel meringue cookie. Some months may have a gluten-free offering in the assortment (for example, the Black & White Cookie in January). Please note that our kitchen is not gluten-free, so trace amounts of gluten may still be present.

We are a bake-to-order specialty bakery. This means that we only bake our products when they are ordered. As such, we are happy to accommodate most requests as long as we know we can produce them with excellence. In addition to our rotating monthly menu of cookies, we produce fruit tarts, meringues, cinnamon rolls, cocoa bombs, marshmallows, brownies, caramels and toffee. We will keep our Facebook page up to date on current offerings, but please feel free to reach out if you have a special request in mind.

We ship within the state of Indiana for a flat rate of $10. Larger orders are subject to higher shipping fees. We do not ship outside Indiana.

We use no preservatives so the shelf-life on our products will be shorter than commercially produced bakery items. The cookies will last about 7 days in their original wrapper. Tarts and cinnamon rolls a bit shorter than that. The product is best fresh, but rest assured they are just as good a few days later.

Unfortunately, all our products are produced with egg and dairy. Most have some amount of soy in them. We do make every effort to keep non-nut items away from nuts, but the kitchen is not nut-free and can make no guarantees about any of our products being free from common allergens.
