About Us
Who we Are
Meet Nicole, or Nikkie, and her husband Nick Piszton, the founders of Santa Claus Cookie Co. Their baking journey began in culinary school, where their shared passion for food ignited a lasting connection. After graduation, they worked together in catering for years, creating memorable dishes for countless events. As life unfolded, Nikkie continued her journey as a chef in the restaurant industry, all while raising their kids, while Nick pursued a management job that provided for their family but left him yearning for something more fulfilling. It was Nick's work that brought them to Santa Claus, Indiana, a place perpetually infused with the holiday spirit. In Santa Claus, Nikkie found inspiration in the town's festive ambiance and the spirit of small, locally produced, handcrafted products. This inspired them to start Santa Claus Cookie Co., a small batch cookie company that captures the charm of their home. Their cookies are a reflection of their love for locally sourced ingredients and a dedication to creating delicious, handcrafted treats. Santa Claus Cookie Co. is not just a cookie bakery; it's a testament to their journey, their commitment to quality, and the warmth of their community. Come and taste the magic, no matter the time of year.
